Just a little over 2 weeks ago, some of you may remember we posted about the upgrades we had made to our IT estate, well today it payed off!

We were contacted by a new client, to upload some important databases to Europe and we were just frothing to move a hefty chunk of data over our new servers to test their speeds. What we experienced was nothing short of what we expected from the new rig and that was TRANSFER SPEEDS OF OVER 2GB PER MINUTE PEOPLE!!!

We managed to move 97GB of the client’s data in an 45 minutes, which they still can’t believe we did.
